Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) on Friday launched the Nexon Pure+ PS with a panoramic sunroof, priced from ₹9.59 lakh, as it marked one million Nexon units on Indian roads.

According to the official press release, the Nexon Pure+ PS is the first model in India to offer a panoramic sunroof under ₹10 lakh, aiming to widen access to features typically offered in higher trims. The new variant is available with petrol, diesel, and twin-cylinder iCNG powertrains, with manual and AMT options depending on the configuration.

“As India’s number one selling car in H2 FY26 and India’s number one SUV in FY26, the Nexon continues to remain the preferred choice for customers across the country,” said Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility.

TMPV said that the Nexon remains the only SUV in the country to offer petrol, diesel, CNG and electric powertrain options.

The Nexon Pure+ PS comes equipped with a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, a 26.03 cm Harman infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a six-speaker audio system, HD rear-view camera with sensors, auto LED headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, cruise control, LED tail lamps, and electrically adjustable ORVMs with auto fold.

The Nexon Pure+ PS is priced at:

Petrol MT: ₹9.59 lakh

Petrol AMT: ₹10.14 lakh

Twin-cylinder iCNG MT: ₹10.39 lakh

Diesel MT: ₹10.54 lakh

Diesel AMT: ₹11.19 lakh

The company said that the Nexon continues to build on its safety credentials, having achieved five-star ratings under GNCAP and BNCAP, and is offered with the company’s 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine producing 120 PS, along with what it described as India’s most fuel-efficient diesel option.
