‘Daadi Ki Shaadi’ Release Live Updates: Aamir hails Riddhima Kapoor’s debut

‘Daadi Ki Shaadi’ is a heartwarming family comedy-drama that blends emotions, humour and chaos into an entertaining big-screen experience. The movie has been released in theatres today, on May 8, 2026. Directed by Ashish R. Mohan and written by Ashish R. Mohan, Bunty Rathore and Saahil S Sharma.

The film stars Kapil Sharma, Neetu Kapoor, Sadia Khateeb, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and R. Sarathkumar in key roles. The supporting cast includes actors like Yograj Singh, Yashpal Sharma, Tejaswini Kolhapure and Aditi Mittal. One of the biggest highlights of the film is Riddhima Kapoor Sahni’s acting debut in a movie, as she shares screen space with her mother Neetu Kapoor for the very first time.
