Russia declares 2-day ceasefire for Victory Day, threatens Kyiv with attacks

Russia has unilaterally declared a ceasefire on May 8-9 for Victory Day celebrations and warned Ukraine that non-compliance would follow massive strikes on Kyiv. Russian Victory Day celebrations this year will not feature any vehicles and hardware over fears of a Ukrainian strike.
