Dhanush’s ‘Kara’ salary revealed

Dhanush earns THIS MUCH for 'Kara'; 'Asuran' actor gets a massive pay hike and joins the top league

Actor Dhanush is all set to entertain audiences with his upcoming film ‘Kara,’ scheduled to release on April 30. The film has been creating strong buzz with promotions happening in full swing. Along with the excitement, details about the film’s budget and the actor’s salary have become a major talking point in cinema circles. Reports suggest that ‘Kara’ has been mounted on a grand scale, with a budget of around Rs 100 crore.

Dhanush reportedly earns Rs. 58 crore for ‘Kara’

One of the biggest highlights is Dhanush’s salary for the film. According to ABP Tamil, “Kara” has earned Dhanush approximately Rs 58 crores, an astronomical rise compared to his previous earnings. Dhanush usually charges anywhere between Rs 15 and 20 crore for every film he works on, but his increased market value has ensured him a significant raise.

A big-budget film directed by Vignesh Raja

The film is directed by Vignesh Raja, who gained recognition with ‘Por Thozhil.’ The movie also features a strong supporting cast, including Mamitha Baiju, Suraj Venjaramoodu, K. S. Ravikumar, Karunas, and Jayaram. The team has been aggressively promoting the film, creating high expectations among its fans.

The ‘Kara’ plot and expectations build hype

‘Kara’ appears to be a psychological thriller, not just another mindless action movie. Rumored to be about a man who returns to his native town due to unexpected circumstances, the story seems to get more winding as he gets involved again in his past life. With its connection of international issues to local problems in the background, the movie seems to have a good mix of emotions and thrill. ‘Kara,’ being a highly budgeted movie with a superstar cast, in addition to Dhanush getting such an enormous salary, is going to be one of the most awaited movies ever.
