Finnish President Alexander Stubb has said that Russian leader Vladimir Putin has failed to achieve any of his long-term goals in Ukraine. After four years of war, he said that Ukraine has become more European, Nato has expanded, and Russian global footprint has shrunk with setbacks in Iran, Syria, Venezuela, and Cuba.
