Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters, including AFP, that Putin will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in China on Monday, where they would discuss “preparation for the December visit”.
