Actress Lakshmi Menon has reportedly been linked to a high-profile case involving the alleged abduction and assault of an IT employee.

Malayalam actress Lakshmi Menon has landed in legal trouble after an IT professional alleged that the award-winning actress was involved in an attempted abduction and assault in Kochi.
According to local media reports, a video evidence appears to show the actress, along with her group, was blocking the road and behaving aggressively. The young man was later dragged out of his car and taken away in another vehicle. The incident is said to have taken place on the night of August 24.

Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the case — Mithun, Aneesh, and Sonamol.
Officials stated that Lakshmi Menon was also present with the group at the time of the abduction. The police are still searching for the actress, who is reportedly hiding.
The alleged abduction and assault reportedly occurred during a dispute between two groups at a bar. Following the argument, the IT employee was allegedly attacked, put into a car, and taken away.
