He mentioned different sources for proteins, carbs, and fiber, like eggs, Greek yogurt, fish, lentils, quinoa, and more. And two staples, which are simply non-negotiables, are nuts and seeds as a source of healthy fat.
Not to forget, Hrithik’s meal includes a sweet treat. It is a gluten-free snack – a protein-rich brownie.
Last but not least, things that never make it to the ‘War 2’ actor’s plate include refined sugar, gluten, and seed oils. Interestingly, you will also never find mushrooms on his plate, but the reason behind this is that Hrithik simply doesn’t like them.
