Ideas of India 2026: Nara Lokesh Unveils Vision to Transform Andhra into Global Hub

At Ideas of India 2026, Nara Lokesh, Minister of HRD, IT & Electronics, Government of Andhra Pradesh, delivered a powerful and forward-looking address on transforming Andhra Pradesh into a global investment and innovation destination. Speaking at the flagship summit hosted by ABP Network, Lokesh outlined the state’s roadmap for economic expansion, digital infrastructure growth, and technology-driven governance. Under the theme “The New World Order,” he emphasized Andhra Pradesh’s commitment to becoming an open, business-friendly state, highlighting policy reforms, ease of doing business initiatives, and strong public-private partnerships. Lokesh discussed the government’s focus on skilling youth, expanding IT corridors, and strengthening electronics manufacturing to attract both domestic and global investors. The Ideas of India platform, known for bringing together policymakers, business leaders, innovators, and cultural icons, provided the perfect stage for strategic dialogue on India’s growth journey toward 2047. Lokesh positioned Andhra Pradesh as a key driver in India’s vision of self-reliance, economic resilience, and technological leadership in a rapidly changing global landscape. His interview reflected confidence in the state’s governance model and reinforced Andhra’s ambition to lead India’s next wave of digital and industrial transformation.
