How to Claim Kerala Lottery Prize Money?

Winners should first verify their ticket number against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the ticket matches the winning numbers, they should visit the Kerala Lottery Office at Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram, to claim their prize.

To ensure a smooth prize claim process, the following documents are required:

  1. The original winning lottery ticket, self-attested on both sides.
  2. A recent passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer.
  3. A self-attested copy of the PAN card (mandatory for income tax purposes).
  4. Valid proof of identity and address, such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card.
  5. A completed prize claim form (available online), affixed with a revenue stamp and submitted according to official instructions.

Important: All claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the draw.

  • Prizes up to Rs 5,000 – Can be claimed through any authorised Kerala Lottery agent.
  • Prizes up to Rs 1 lakh (within Kerala) – Submit the claim to the respective District Lottery Office.
  • Prizes up to Rs 1 lakh (outside Kerala) – Forward the claim to the Directorate of State Lotteries.
  • Prizes between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 20 lakh – Submit the claim to the Deputy Director of State Lotteries.
