Kadamkuan Police Station in-charge Hemant Jha has been suspended after serious lapses were found in handling the case. Along with him, Chitragupt Nagar Police Station SHO Roshni Kumari has also been suspended for dereliction of duty. According to senior officials, despite the sensitive and serious nature of the incident, both officers failed to respond promptly and follow standard operating procedures.
