Artificial Intelligence has challenged society by compelling the individual to be more creative. This disruption is good because artificial intelligence cannot create something new. It only picks what already exists and brings it to you. When a challenge is posed, it’s quite natural that we rise to that expectation. So, you know that you have to be very creative, and to be so, you need to go deep in silence. Go into the inner chamber of silence, because the mother of creativity is within you. That is silence; that is spirituality.

Artificial intelligence can do so many things. You ask AI about anything, and it will create an essay or story for you; virtually everything. Yet in this age of artificial intelligence, human beings are becoming depressed, unhappy, and lonely. This is our grave concern for human beings. You have all the food at home, but in loneliness, you don’t want to eat. People are unable to fall asleep. Insomnia and anxiety have overtaken the world like never before.

Today, the youth are swinging between two extremes – either they are depressed or display aggressive behaviour. Resilience is something that youth should develop; they should learn to face challenges, work in tough situations, and communicate with people of various mindsets.

Usually, people try to hang out with people who fit their mindset. The world is vast and there are so many types of people on this planet. So if you need to be a good leader in society, or be successful, whether in business or a profession, you need to know how to manage your own emotions and connect with people of various mindsets.

These things can’t be learned through social media – this has to be ingrained through real human interaction. The technology doesn’t share that vibration, but in human interaction, we exchange our biorhythm, or vibrations, which are very important.

Spirituality is nothing but getting in touch with another AI, that is, Absolute Intelligence, present within you. This absolute intelligence is what is governing the whole universe.

To lead a healthy life and to be more creative, you need your spirit to be vibrant. We need to press the delete button on our own computer from time to time. Otherwise, overwriting it causes many issues like loneliness and depression.

The root cause of loneliness is stress and a disconnection from yourself. When we lose touch with ourselves, what we share with others is only negativity.

The human system, in many ways, is like the structure of an atom. We are made of 35 trillion cells and innumerable atoms. And what does an atom show us? At its centre lie the proton and neutron, steady and positive. The negative electron merely circles on the outer edge.

Isn’t that true for us as well? Our negativity exists only on the surface. When we turn inward and rest in our center, we find that what radiates from us is not stress or loneliness, but pure joy.

Science is advancing, and it will continue to advance. If you are free from stress, you will use it for a good purpose. And if you are stressed out, you see how people spread negativity through artificial intelligence, misuse it. Hence, the state of mind is important.

For anyone to do business, they need two things: an innovative spirit and an intuitive spirit. They need strong intuition, and intuition can come when their mind is calm, settled, and centred. Our body is like the wick of a candle, and the mind is like the glow all around it. When we feel that expansion within, we get access to intuitive abilities. And, innovation happens through it.

Universities are places where you develop great personalities and human beings. It should not be just a place where you create machines, machines full of information. We usually stuff information into young minds, and they graduate, and that’s all they have, information. They are not a vibrant personality. Universities can be an apt place for them to grow up and develop their diverse personalities.

Human consciousness will use AI for its benefit. AI is not going to take over human consciousness.

The future of work, therefore, is not about competing with machines but about rediscovering what makes us truly human. AI may give us speed, but only inner silence gives us depth. AI may process data, but only a calm and expanded mind can access intuition. The coming era belongs not to artificial intelligence alone, but to Absolute Intelligence shining through awakened human beings.
