Audi India ends 2025 with 4,510 retail sales, eyes sustainable momentum in 2026

Audi India closed the calendar year 2025 with retail sales of 4,510 units, navigating a year shaped by evolving market conditions while benefiting from festive-season demand and improving customer sentiment in the luxury car segment.

Demand during the year remained steady across top-end models such as the Audi Q7, Q8, S5 Sportback and RS Q8 Performance, while best-sellers, including the Q3, A4, A6 and Q5, continued to anchor volumes. Growth in Audi Approved: plus, the brand’s certified pre-owned business, and sustained traction in SUVs and performance and lifestyle cars also supported overall sales. The company said regulatory support through GST rationalisation provided a timely boost to consumer confidence.

Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director, Audi India, said the company’s performance reflected the strength of the Audi brand and customer loyalty despite market challenges. He added that the focus going into 2026 would be on driving sustainable momentum through new product launches, enhanced customer experience and people-centric growth initiatives.

During 2025, Audi India strengthened its product portfolio with the launch of the RS Q8 Performance and introduced Signature Editions across key models, including the A4, Q7, and Signature Line variants of the Q3 and Q5. The company also onboarded Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra as a ‘Friend of Audi India’, aligning the brand with performance, precision and excellence. On the retail and service front, Audi expanded its footprint with a new pop-up store in Kanpur and a service facility in Dehradun, targeting emerging luxury markets. The Audi Approved: plus network grew to 27 facilities nationwide, with an inventory of over 500 certified pre-owned vehicles, recording a 3 per cent growth during the year.

Audi India also rolled out several customer-focused initiatives, including an assured buyback programme offering up to 60 per cent guaranteed future value on select models, expanded EV charging access to over 6,500 points, and extended ownership benefits such as a 10-year extended warranty and 15-year roadside assistance.
