Forty-one-year-old Rajesh Bhai Khimji Bhai Sakariya, who attacked Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday morning, had come to meet the Chief Minister to get one of his relatives released from the Tihar Jail.

According to the details, Sakariya, a resident of Rajkot in Gujarat, had arrived at the Chief Minister’s Office at nearly 7.30 am today.
Since one of his relatives has been lodged in the Tihar Jail, he was carrying court-related documents related to the same.
He was later detained, and was being interrogated.
