Swara Bhasker believes all humans are bisexual

In a recent interaction with Screen, Swara Bhasker said, “If you leave people to themselves, they are all bisexual, but heterosexuality is an ideology that has been put in us for thousands of years.”

She continued, “Because that is how the human race will perpetuate, so it has to be the norm.” Swara’s husband, Fahad Ahmad, was also present at the interview when she remarked.

In the same conversation, the host inquired about Swara’s crush, and she confessed having one on Uttar Pradesh’s former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav’s wife, Dimple Yadav. She jokingly said that now, after this remark, her husband’s political career in UP will also be affected.

Netizens troll Swara for her bisexual remark

The statements made by Swara Bhasker didn’t go down well with the netizens. While some tried to see humour in it and joked, some simply called her out.“If I understand her correctly She’s saying that we’re essentially not designed to eat food but we eat because it will help us perpetually survive,” wrote one internet user, while another one commented, “Ooooo I’m hearing this statement of us been born bisexuals after a good span of over two decades. Being a student of literature and attending various seminars, this used to be the most popular statement we were fed back then. My god this woman is stuck in time.”Reacting to the viral video, another X user wrote – “She is brainwashed. She thinks only men should be heterosexual as per her learning. Woman dont have rights to become heterosexual. She is doomed as a sane person.”
