A major update has emerged in the case involving Religious Orator Aniruddhacharya, as the Mathura CGM Court has officially ordered the filing of an FIR against him for using objectionable and insulting language toward women. The order came after Meera Rathore, district president of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, filed a petition highlighting his controversial statements that went viral on social media. The court has accepted the petition and set 1 January 2026 as the date for the complainant’s statement to be recorded. With the case now moving into legal proceedings, Aniruddhacharya will be required to appear and present his response. The development marks a significant escalation in the controversy, as repeated criticism failed to prompt an apology from him earlier.
