Salman Khan has been ruling Bollywood for several years now. However, besides his upcoming projects, fans are also equally interested in his love life. Particularly, when the actor will tie the knot. Despite being in relationships with actresses like Katrina Kaif, Somy Ali and Sangeeta Bijlani, the 59-year-old actor is yet to get married.

In an earlier conversation with Komal Nahta, Salman’s father, Salim Khan, opined on why the actor hasn’t gotten married. He then mentioned that after Salman gets into a relationship with an actress, he tries to look for his mother’s qualities in that woman. Salim Khan said that it is wrong of Salman to expect that a career-oriented woman who let go of her ambitions and cater solely to household work. “Why should one deprive her ki main shaadi karke ghar baitha doonga? Uska vahi hota hai," Salim Khan said.

He added, “Jab commitment ho jaata hai toh voh usko convert karne ki koshish karta hai, usme apni maa dhoondta hai. Voh toh possible nahi hai (After commitment, he tries to convert them and looks for his mother in them. That is not possible)." Salim said that a working actress can’t do daily activities like taking kids to school, helping with their homework or making their lunches.
