The first visuals of Saif Ali Khan reaching home have now surfaced. Paparazzi gathered at the gate, causing a commotion, but police managed to handle the situation. Completing the look with black-tinted sunglasses, he acknowledged the paparazzi with a friendly wave before heading inside. He appeared to be in good spirits and on the way to recovery.

The actor was discharged from Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday, five days after being repeatedly stabbed by an intruder at his home in the upscale Bandra West neighbourhood. According to news agency IANS, although the doctors cleared Khan for discharge, they advised him to rest for the next few days. He had sustained three injuries – two on his hand and one on his neck, with the most severe injury near his spine. The doctors had removed the sharp object lodged in his spine and repaired the damage. Khan had been moved from the ICU to a special room on January 17 after making good progress in his recovery.
