Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani is gearing up for the release of her debut film Azaad, which also stars Ajay Devgn, his nephew Aaman Devgn, Diana Penty and others. Rasha has already won her fans over with her impeccable expressions and dance moves in the song Uyi Amma from her film. She is currently busy with the promotion of Azaad. In a recent interview, Rasha reacted to comparisons with Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor and Suhana Khan.
In an interview with Filmygyan, Rasha was asked about being compared to other star kids such as Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor and Suhana Khan. The interviewer read out a netizen’s comment: “Janhvi, Khushi, Suhana ko takkar dene aa rahi hai Raveena Tandon ki beti Rasha. (Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha is coming to compete with Janhvi, Khushi, and Suhana)." Reacting to this comment, Rasha said, “I think they are all more experienced than me. They have done more work than I have. They have already completed films and had their releases. So, I think there’s something I can actually learn from them. They have had more experience, so I don’t think it’s like that."
In other news, Rasha Thadani recently made an appearance on Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss 18. She was also accompanied by her mother Raveena Tandon, and her co-star Aaman Devgan. Post the event, Rasha gushed over how she is promoting her first film in front of Salman, with whom she shared a good bond since childhood.

She was accompanied by her mother, Raveena Tandon and director, Abhishek Kapoor, apart from Aaman Devgan. One of the slides showed a then Vs now comparison where she shared a picture from her childhood sitting on Salman’s lap while the other image was from their present meet. In the caption, she wrote, “Full circle moment."
Azaad tells the story of a skilled horse rider, played by Ajay Devgn, who flees from the merciless English army. The plot unfolds when his horse goes missing, forcing him to embark on a risky journey with the help of a young guy, played by Aaman Devgan. Rasha will play a member of a royal family, while Diana Penty will portray Ajay’s romantic interest. Azaad, directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, combines action with emotions. The film, which explores themes of love, loyalty, and bravery, will be released on January 17, 2025.
