Switzerland tourism launches YouTube series featuring Indian creators

Switzerland Tourism has unveiled Ticket to Switzerland, a new YouTube-based travel series bringing together four teams of popular Indian digital creators for an immersive journey across the country’s landscapes. The show blends competition with cultural exploration, positioning Switzerland as both a playground for adventure and a canvas for storytelling.

Filmed across multiple locations, the series covers Zurich’s city life, the alpine peaks of Interlaken and Jungfrau, Geneva’s lakeside elegance, the slopes of Laax and Engelberg, and the panoramic views of Mürren and Schilthorn. The Swiss Travel System serves as the logistical backbone of the show, with scenic trains, boats and cable cars playing a pivotal role in connecting destinations and shaping the narrative flow.

The four participating teams bring different perspectives to the journey. Team AAAP — Archana Puran Singh, Parmeet Sethi, and their sons Ayushmaan and Aaryamann — highlight multigenerational travel dynamics. Barkha Singh, travelling solo, demonstrates the independence and empowerment of solo exploration. Team BFFs, comprising Ashi Khanna and Shivesh Bhatia, add elements of friendship and creativity, while Team Nawez, with Nagma Mirajkar and Awez Darbar, showcase couple travel with high energy and playful rivalry.

Episodes combine puzzle-solving at Swiss landmarks with adrenaline-driven activities, offering a mix of strategy, adventure and entertainment designed for a young digital audience.

Ritu Sharma, Deputy Director and Marketing Head – India, Switzerland Tourism, said:
“Switzerland and India share a deep, emotional bond that goes beyond tourism — it’s rooted in cinema, culture, and a shared love for beauty and storytelling. With Ticket to Switzerland, our goal was to celebrate this connection through a contemporary lens that resonates with today’s Indian travellers. By collaborating with some of India’s most beloved digital creators, we’re not just showcasing the diversity of Switzerland — we’re building a bridge between the heart of India and the soul of Switzerland.” Christian Schoch, Director – India of Switzerland Tourism, added:
“YouTube is one of the most powerful platforms in India today — not just for entertainment, but as a discovery engine for travel inspiration. With Ticket to Switzerland, we saw an opportunity to tap into this dynamic ecosystem and bring the destination to life for millions of young Indian viewers. This series isn’t just about promoting Switzerland — it’s about telling authentic stories in a fresh, immersive format, right within the spaces where our audiences already live, laugh, and dream.”

Through the lens of family, solo travel, friendship and couples’ journeys, Ticket to Switzerland aims to inspire Indian audiences to see Switzerland not only as a destination, but as an experience shaped by personal connections and discovery.
