The vessel welcomed its first guests on 10 March 2026, signalling the expansion of Disney Cruise Line’s presence into the Asian cruise market.
The Disney Adventure draws on more than a century of Disney storytelling and integrates characters and narratives from Disney, Marvel and Pixar franchises across multiple entertainment spaces on board. The ship has been designed to deliver immersive family entertainment experiences for guests travelling from Singapore and across the region.
Seven themed areas form the core of the ship’s onboard experience. These include Disney Imagination Garden, Toy Story Place, San Fransokyo Street, Town Square, Wayfinder Bay, Disney Discovery Reef and Marvel Landing. Each zone offers a combination of attractions, entertainment experiences, dining venues and retail outlets designed for guests of different age groups.
Entertainment remains a central feature of the ship’s offering, with more than 40 entertainment experiences available onboard. These include returning productions such as Disney’s Seas the Adventure alongside new additions exclusive to the ship, including interactive game shows, private karaoke rooms and a stage production titled Remember at the Walt Disney Theatre.
Outdoor attractions are located on the upper decks, including Groot Galaxy Spin at Marvel Landing, where guests can pilot a spacecraft-themed ride, and Woody and Jessie’s Wild Slides at Toy Story Place, which offers water-based slides and family play areas.
Dining is organised through Disney Cruise Line’s rotational dining concept. The ship features six main dining restaurants, with guests rotating across three venues during their voyage while being served by the same dedicated service team. Additional food options include casual dining outlets, quick-service locations, gourmet cafés and 24-hour room service.
Retail experiences form another key part of the onboard offering. The ship features nearly 17,000 square feet of retail space, including the World of Disney store, a National Geographic retail outlet and the first dedicated Duffy and Friends Shop at sea.
The Disney Adventure is the largest vessel in the Disney Cruise Line fleet and can accommodate up to 6,700 guests. With its maiden sailing now underway from Singapore, the ship represents a significant step in Disney Cruise Line’s expansion strategy and the growing cruise tourism market in Asia.
