Between Sharda dam and canal is situated a serene chuka beach. It is a beautiful tourist destination with one bamboo hut, one tree house and four Thara huts. Best time to visit Chuka beach is between the month of October and April.

Each year, thousands of tourists visit Pilibhit to enjoy this natural beauty, serene surroundings, and wildlife. The district also offers a range of charming local stays, from cosy homestays to budget-friendly resorts, allowing visitors to experience the local culture up close.

For road trip enthusiasts, Sharda Sagar Dam offers a memorable route. Starting from Gauhania Square via the Madhotanda route, travellers enter the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve after around 11 kilometres. Driving through the dense forest for about 8 kilometres and crossing Kalinagar Bridge, visitors reach the dam. The 25-kilometre stretch along the dam is scenic, promising an unforgettable experience.
