Ackermann’s latest collaboration transforms Canada Goose’s Arctic heritage into something unexpected. Linings become exteriors, quilting is reversed, and performance materials are softened.

The collection’s palette—Fluorescent Mint Green, Ice Lavender, and Marine Earth Blue—is grounded by deep browns and blacks, as well as reflective details. The result is outerwear that moves with its wearer, guided by the message “The Earth Needs All the Friends It Can Get”. That ethos will come to life in Churchill, Manitoba, where Ackermann will host a four-day expedition this November.

Collection highlights include the Thalix Parka, a heavy-duty parka defined by a sculptural silhouette; the Merge Jacket and Pant, a matching shell set in fully reflective fabric; the Weld Jacket, a vintage-inspired bomber reinterpreted in heavy-weight canvas; and the Rigel Hoodie, a heavyweight cotton pullover, among other pieces.

The collection launches with a campaign, photographed by Tim Elkaïm, brought to life by singer/songwriter Willie Nelson, alongside Canadian-born actor and artist D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai. They are joined by Tasha Tilberg, Stevie Sims, Xiaowen Ju, and Connor Newall.

“Winter is often imagined as a season of silence, as quiet or still,” said Ackermann. “But I wanted this collection to breathe, to move with the rhythm of life that persists beneath the cold and capture the pulse of life in the cold. Shooting this campaign with Willie Nelson was an incredible honour and something I’d dreamed of since my earliest days with Canada Goose. His raw honesty, his reverence for the earth and its creatures, remind us of what endurance really means.”

The Snow Goose by Canada Goose Fall/Winter 2025 capsule launches globally with early online access from November 13–17, ahead of its debut in select Canada Goose stores on November 18.
