At Chennai’s Nehru Indoor Stadium, preparations for the historic swearing-in ceremony of Vijay as Chief Minister are in full swing. The venue is heavily secured and packed with enthusiastic supporters of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), marking a major political transition in Tamil Nadu. Vijay has already reached the venue, while several VIPs, including actress Trisha Krishnan, are also present at the stadium. TVK leaders and MLAs are expected to take oath today, with names such as Senkotian, CTR Nirmal Kumar, Anand Venkatraman, Arun Raj, Aadhav Arjuna, Raj Mohan, and Mustafa likely to be part of the new cabinet. However, uncertainty remains over Congress participation, as no official list of ministers has been submitted, making it unlikely that Congress MLAs will join the cabinet. Meanwhile, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has arrived in Chennai to attend the ceremony. The event is being described as a historic moment, signaling the rise of TVK and a major shift in Tamil Nadu politics.
