Breaking: Samar Singh Moves High Court for Anticipatory Bail in Tusha Sharma Mystery

A major development has emerged in the mysterious death case of Bhopal model Tusha Sharma as the prime accused and her husband, Samar Singh, has approached the High Court seeking anticipatory bail. The move comes even as police continue searching for him and have declared a reward of ₹30,000 for information leading to his arrest. Samar Singh has remained absconding since the case intensified, prompting authorities to issue a lookout notice to prevent him from fleeing the country. Police have also reportedly initiated steps to suspend his passport. Despite these measures, investigators have not yet succeeded in tracing him, raising serious questions over the pace and effectiveness of the investigation. The case has turned highly sensitive due to allegations made by Tusha Sharma’s family, who claim that influential connections are helping the accused evade action. Samar Singh’s mother, Giribala Singh, a retired judge, has also come under scrutiny. Reports suggest she allegedly made around 46 phone calls following the incident, leading to speculation about possible attempts to influence the case or destroy evidence. Tusha’s family has demanded that police investigate whom those calls were made to and whether there was any attempt to manipulate evidence or interfere with the probe. Meanwhile, police officials maintain that the investigation is ongoing and that all aspects, including CCTV footage, call records, and forensic evidence, are being examined. However, critics have accused authorities of handling the matter casually despite the high-profile nature of the case. As legal proceedings continue, the central question remains unanswered — was Tusha Sharma’s death a suicide or part of a larger conspiracy? The High Court hearing on Samar Singh’s anticipatory bail plea is now being closely watched.
