Breaking News: Miscreants Open Fire on Retired Air Force Officer Running Restaurant with Wife

A major crime incident has been reported from Uttar Pradesh’s capital, Lucknow, where a retired Indian Air Force officer was shot by miscreants. According to information, the attackers entered a shop and opened fire, injuring the retired officer. The victim has been identified as Avdhesh (also referred to as Kumar) Pathak, a native of Sant Kabir Nagar, who was running a restaurant along with his wife in Lucknow. After the firing, local police rushed to the spot and immediately shifted the injured officer to Vedanta Hospital for treatment. Doctors have confirmed that he sustained a gunshot injury, but his condition is currently stable. The incident created panic in the area, following which police cordoned off the location and began a detailed investigation. Lucknow Police have registered a case in connection with the attack and formed multiple teams to identify and arrest the accused. Senior officials stated that efforts are underway to uncover the motive behind the shooting, including examining personal enmity, business rivalry, or other possible angles. CCTV footage from nearby areas is also being scanned for clues. Police have assured that the case will be solved soon and the culprits will be brought to justice.
