A serious medical concern has emerged from Kota, where another woman has died due to kidney failure while undergoing treatment at a medical college ICU. The patient was first treated at a private hospital and later referred to the government medical college after her condition worsened. Reports suggest that the woman had undergone dialysis on 8 May at a private hospital, after which she developed a severe infection that spread throughout her body. She was again admitted to the medical college on 16 May, but died during treatment due to kidney failure. With this latest case, the total number of women deaths in Kota has reportedly reached five within a short period. The reported timeline includes deaths on 5 May, 7 May, 9 May, 11 May, and 17 May, involving young women, including a 5-month pregnant woman. Most cases are linked to kidney complications, dialysis-related issues, and severe infections. The rising number of deaths has raised serious concerns about healthcare conditions, infection control, and treatment procedures in the region, prompting questions about the cause behind this alarming pattern.
