The flight, numbered 6E1234, took off from Kuwait at 1:56 AM local time and was scheduled to land in Hyderabad. However, Hyderabad Airport authorities received a threatening email claiming that a passenger onboard was carrying a bomb. Acting swiftly, the Air Traffic Control relayed the warning to the cockpit. Since Mumbai was the nearest major airport, the plane was immediately diverted and made an emergency landing at 8:10 AM. The aircraft was escorted to an isolation bay for safety protocols.
