Erika Kirk walked slowly onto the stage wearing a white T-shirt that read “Freedom,” the same word her husband wore the day he died. Her eyes were wet, and she smiled faintly at the cheering crowd.“You guys have no idea how helpful it is to have all of you in my life,” she told the audience. “You make me feel even more connected to my husband. He didn’t leave us empty-handed. He built a machine. And all of you are part of that.” Erika Kirk also spoke about faith, hope, and healing, saying she believed her husband’s mission would live on. She later introduced Vice President JD Vance, her close friend, who served as one of Charlie Kirk’s pallbearers during his funeral. Before inviting Vance to the stage, Erika Kirk said she had prayed about the decision. “In my heart, I could hear Charlie saying, go reclaim that territory because the battle’s already won,” she added.
