Perez Hilton points to deeper struggle after Clavicular shares bloodied face following overdose livestream incident

Clavicular is again drawing attention, but this time it feels more serious than his usual online content. The 20-year-old creator recently posted a photo showing his bloodied face after a suspected overdose, and the image quickly spread online. Soon after, blogger Perez Hilton shared his reaction, calling the moment hard to ignore. The situation started earlier this week when Peters collapsed during a livestream and had to be rushed to the hospital. The update did not stop there. After leaving the hospital, Peters posted the photo on April 15 and spoke openly about why he had been using substances. According to People magazine, the incident happened while he was live with other creators, and his condition worsened quickly. What made this story stand out is how public everything was, from the livestream to the posts that followed.

Perez Hilton explains Braden Peters’ livestream incident and the pressure behind Clavicular’s online image

In his article, Perez Hilton described the situation as a clear shift from Clavicular’s usual online image. He wrote, “It’s a stark admission from a figure who has built his online persona around controlling his image, and pushing physical and superficial ‘optimization’ to the extreme. But behind the curated content, things clearly spiraled fast.” His words pointed to a bigger issue, not just one incident. The livestream itself raised concern right away. As reported by People magazine, Peters appeared unwell while filming with other influencers at different locations, including a restaurant and later a bar. At one point, he struggled to speak clearly and said, “I’m trying my best, but I’m destroyed right now.” Not long after, the stream suddenly ended.Another creator present, Androgenic, later shared what happened. He wrote, “I hadn’t seen him in this state before and he went from speaking to being fairly unresponsive in mere seconds. Within a minute we all realised the situation, turned the stream off, picked him up and rushed him to the hospital.” This helped explain how quickly things changed that night. After being discharged, Peters posted a selfie showing his injuries and wrote, “Just got home, that was brutal. All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public, but obviously that isn’t a real solution.” His message felt personal and different from his usual posts.Hilton also pointed out how Peters continued interacting online even after the incident. In one exchange, a follower commented, “Just autistmaxx in public, who gives what others think.” Peters replied, “If I wasn’t a livestreamer, I would agree.” Hilton reacted to this, saying, “That response hits at the complicated reality of his situation, doesn’t it? The pressure to perform, to maintain a persona, and to constantly be on for an audience can blur the line between authenticity and self-destruction.” For now, Peters has told fans on his Kick livestream that he will not be “doing any more substances for a little while.” Go to Source
