Braden Peters, better known online as Clavicular, surprised thousands of viewers on June 3 when he broadcast his own nose surgery live on Kick. The looksmaxxing creator, who has built a large audience by sharing extreme appearance-focused content, streamed the entire rhinoplasty procedure with celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer, widely known as Dr. Miami. The stream, titled “First ever live streamed rhinoplasty! Ft. Dr. Miami,” appeared in Kick’s IRL category and attracted thousands of live viewers. According to Streams Charts, the broadcast averaged around 5,960 viewers. While some people watched out of curiosity, many others were shocked to see a cosmetic surgery turned into live entertainment. Before the operation began, Dr. Michael Salzhauer explained exactly what he planned to change. He told viewers that no person has a perfectly symmetrical face and pointed out small differences in Clavicular’s nostrils. According to the surgeon, the goal was to make the nostrils appear closer in size while moving toward what many people consider a traditional beauty standard. “Nobody on earth is perfectly symmetrical. Everybody is slightly asymmetrical. Nostrils are like sisters or brothers, they’re not identical twins. Your left nostril is slightly wider than your right nostril. Both of them are just slightly wide by beauty standards,” Dr. Michael Salzhauer said.“What I’m going to do this morning is take in a tiny bit of the nostril over here, a little more on this side than that side. Just a tiny bit, to bring them closer together and get us as close as we can to what people would consider the perfect beauty standard.”

Clavicular and Dr. Michael Salzhauer turn rhinoplasty into viral Kick content

The procedure reportedly lasted about two hours and was completed successfully. After the surgery, Clavicular appeared on stream with a noticeably smaller nose. The creator promoted the broadcast as the first rhinoplasty ever streamed live, making the surgery itself the centerpiece of the content. The stream quickly spread across social media, where clips drew strong reactions. Some viewers were fascinated by the rare behind-the-scenes look at a cosmetic procedure. Others said they felt uncomfortable watching surgery presented as live entertainment. The moment also fits the type of content that made Clavicular popular online. His videos often focus on looksmaxxing, a controversial internet trend centered on improving physical appearance through cosmetic procedures, fitness routines, and other appearance-related methods. Over time, his content has regularly pushed boundaries, making this latest broadcast another attention-grabbing moment for his audience.Whether viewers found it interesting or disturbing, the live rhinoplasty generated major discussion online and added another viral chapter to the growing trend of creators turning highly personal experiences into livestream content.
