The vibrant Indian community in the UAE is all set to come together for a spectacular celebration on October 26, 2025, at Zabeel Park, Dubai. Organised by the “Emirates Loves India” initiative in partnership with the UAE Government Media Office, this event marks the second consecutive year of honouring the deep cultural ties and longstanding friendship between India and the UAE.The celebration will be graced by notable dignitaries including Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, UAE Minister of State, and A. Amarnath, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of India to the UAE. The guest list will also feature diplomats, business leaders, and prominent members of the Indian community. Scheduled to begin at 2 PM and continue till late evening, the event promises an immersive experience of Indian culture, art, and heritage. With an expected gathering of over 70,000 attendees, Emirates Loves India is recognised as the UAE’s largest celebration of its Indian community, which numbers over 4.36 million residents contributing across economic, social, and cultural spheres.

Emirates Loves India: How to attend the event?

Entry to the event is free but requires advance registration for security and crowd management. Interested guests can register by sending the word “India” via WhatsApp to +971 4702 7721. This will generate a QR code for entry. Registration links are also accessible via the event’s official Instagram profile.The venue, Zabeel Park, is one of Dubai’s largest parks, and easily accessible for families and visitors. Ample parking facilities are available on-site, ensuring convenience for attendees travelling by car.Highlights of the event include:

  • Star Performances: Top Indian artists Neha Kakkar, Mika Singh, and Neeraj Madhav will perform live, bringing Bollywood beats and traditional music to the stage. Sarangi virtuoso Nabeel Khan will also mesmerize audiences with his unique instrumentals.
  • Cultural Parade: A vibrant parade by the Indian Performing Arts Foundation (IPF) showcasing India’s diverse heritage.
  • Food Stalls: Over 30 stalls will offer a rich variety of authentic Indian cuisines, representing different states and culinary traditions.
  • Cultural Stalls and Exhibitions: Themed stalls from various Indian states will display handicrafts, traditional products, and art, providing a deeper cultural insight.
  • Kids’ Zone: A dedicated area for family-friendly activities and entertainment.
  • Special Segment: Honouring distinguished members of the Indian community for their exceptional achievements in the UAE.
  • Influencer Meet: Prior to the main event, Indian content creators and influencers will gather for panel discussions and networking, celebrating shared cultural values.

Dubai’s grand celebration of Indian heritage and bilateral ties

The event underscores the strong bilateral ties between India and the UAE, anchored by agreements such as the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). These ties focus on trade growth, cultural exchange, and community development, with non-oil trade between the two countries reaching US$37.6 billion in the first half of 2025.
