“Charlie’s real killer…..”: Candace Owens challenges official narrative, says Tyler Robinson is not Charlie Kirk’s killer

Candace Owens claims she is “99.9% sure” that Tyler Robinson did not shoot Charlie Kirk, citing a court filing that says the bullet didn’t match the alleged weapon. She alleges a federal setup, questions key evidence, and offers to testify, as Robinson’s legal team seeks more time to review the case.

The debate surrounding the death of Charlie Kirk has taken another sharp turn, with Candace Owens doubling down on her controversial stance. Speaking on her podcast, Owens said she is “99.9% sure” that Tyler Robinson was not the gunman, pointing to a key forensic detail that has now entered the public conversation. According to a recent legal filing, the bullet recovered during autopsy could not be matched to the rifle allegedly linked to Robinson. That single claim has reignited an already polarizing case. Before, investigators thought Robinson was the main suspect, but now Owens is making it sound like it’s a lot more complicated. Her comments show that she not only doubts the official story, but completely rejects it. This has led to more questions about how the investigation has been handled.

Candace Owens challenges official narrative and calls for deeper scrutiny

Owens did not hold back as she addressed the new development, insisting that the case against Robinson is deeply flawed. She claimed to have spoken with sources close to the investigation and alleged that federal authorities may have constructed a misleading case.“There was an overwhelming amount of evidence that the Feds set this kid up as a patsy. Everyone in the town, all the local Sheriff department, the SWAT team, they believe that the Feds came in and started lying… I am speaking to people with firsthand intimate knowledge, and they all believe that the Feds set this up… Why wouldn’t I testify for the defense? I want to find Charlie’s real killer. I don’t want to find some random kid that they’re sticking this on,” she said. She went even further, expressing near certainty about Robinson’s innocence as the shooter.“I feel the exact opposite of Charlie Kirk’s wife. I feel almost certain that Tyler Robinson did not shoot… I would say I feel 99.9% certain that Tyler Robinson did not shoot Charlie Kirk from a rooftop by himself… I’m going to say 0.1% because I don’t know, you just should never say 100%… I follow the facts, and Tyler Robinson did not do this. He’s not a lone gunman on a rooftop, okay?”Owens also questioned other elements of the case, including alleged text messages and forensic findings tied to the weapon. She argued that inconsistencies continue to surface, urging critics to either engage with the details or remain silent. As Robinson’s legal team pushes for more time to review evidence ahead of the preliminary hearing, the case now sits at a crossroads. Public opinion is splitting fast, and Owens’ remarks have ensured that the conversation is far from over.
