A day ago, it was reported that King Charles had offered the Duke and Duchess of Sussex a royal residence for their visit to the UK. However, at the time, there had been no updates about whether the couple had accepted the offer or not. Now, according to CNN, the two have formally confirmed that they will be accepting the residency offer, though the couple will be staying at both their private residence in the UK and the official royal residence. They will also be bringing along their children, Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie, who have been under the couple’s care since they moved to the US.According to the recent updates, this also seems to come after talks about meeting and reconciling with the royal family were also shared online. More about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s visit

The two are visiting the UK for the first time in a while and will reportedly go and visit Prince Harry’s mother, Princess Diana’s grave, which is located at Althorp House in Northamptonshire, for the first time. Not only that, but this will also allow King Charles to see and meet his grandchildren for the first time since the last event the family attended back in 2022.When Prince Harry stepped back from his royal duties in 2020, his security level clearance and protection were lowered. Not only that, but his wife and children have also not been granted protection by the Home Office. Following this, Prince Harry has since then been fighting a legal battle to ensure that his family gets clearance and can visit. In another interview, the royalty revealed that he wishes to reconcile his ties with the Royal family. He said to the BBC in an old and official statement, which read, “I can’t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the UK at this point, and the things they’re going to miss are, well, everything. You know I love my country, I always have done, despite what some people in the country have done.”The family once lived in Frogmore Cottage, which was gifted to them by Queen Elizabeth for their wedding. However, after Prince Harry published his memoir ‘Spare’, and wrote about his life in the royal palace, the family was evicted from there. The Duke and Duchess have no permanent residence in the UK for now. Go to Source
