Amid the ongoing controversy and the fourth Jolie-Pitt sibling, Vivienne, going to court to change her name officially, the ‘F1’ actor was recently spotted relaxing at a bar in Carmel Highlands.

Brad Pitt was recently spotted at a bar in Carmel Highlands, following the news that his youngest daughter, Vivienne, is taking steps to legally change her last name. Deux Moi shared the news online of the actor relaxing at Bud’s, which is located in La Playa Hotel in Carmel-by-the-Sea.Pitt also owns a house in the area, according to reports shared online, which he bought back in 2022 for USD 40 million. The Tuscan-style house, which The Daily Mail shared, is located in the Carmel Highlands, sits in a rocky area and provides a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. Called ‘Seaward’, the home looks like a castle and was built in 1918 with sandstone and granite. Originally, the home was made for famed writer and businessman D.L. James by architect Charles Sumner Greene.Both Ines De Ramon and Pitt spend a lot of time in the area, with reports further sharing that, “Brad and Ines sightings in Carmel are regular. They hit the fancy restaurants and shop at boutiques like Tancredi & Morgen just like all the locals. Brad has been seen with a hat and sunglasses on at Nielsen Brothers Market. No one hassles celebrities here because the locals don’t like to make a fuss.”It added, “They think approaching a celebrity is classless. So Brad and Ines get their space.”However, at the time of writing, it remains unclear whether Pitt was there with the model or by himself. The report did not share any further details about his spotting.
Vivienne files petition to change her name
Last week, PEOPLE reported that Vivienne, Jolie and Pitt’s youngest daughter, officially filed a petition in court to change her name. She joins Maddox, Shiloh, and Zahara as the fourth sibling in the family to do so. A statement from the report read, “If people knew the whole truth, they would have more sympathy for the children and respect them. The fact they aren’t speaking ill or sharing things publicly only shows their decency.”She is requesting to change her name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie for “personal reasons,” according to the report shared online.
