The makers dropped an official teaser last year featuring Ranbir Kapoor, however, no other material has been released since. With the release date drawing close, rumours are rife that the team will soon roll out first look posters at the film’s characters, and an official trailer in the months ahead leading up to the big release.
Yash’s ‘Toxic’ gears up for release
It is still unclear what Yash’s final look in Ramayana will be, considering that he sports a similar beard and hairstyle in ‘Toxic’, a gangster film that arrives in cinemas on March 19. The film has been the talk of the town, considering that it will see the star locking horns with Ranveer Singh‘s ‘Dhurandhar 2‘ at the box office. Both films that are expected to be event films will release in cinemas on the same day. While at first Ranveer’s ‘Dhurandhar’ only released in Hindi, the upcoming sequel is slated to hit the big screens in several regional languages, setting it up for another Rs 1,000 crore run at the box office.
