In a recent video interview, Xavier made it clear he had a positive impression after spending time with her and even getting career advice.

As reported by Network 18, speaking in a video shared last week, Xavier told G Hobs, “She’s cool, she’s nice.” He added, “We talked for hours, talking about my music. She gave me advice and next steps for me and stuff.” The teen, who performs under the name Xav, said the conversation meant a lot as he works to build his own path in music.
Xavier has loved music for years. In May, he opened up about that passion on The Brandon Gonez Show podcast. “I always loved music, whether it’s creating it, listening to it,” he said. “I always had a passion for it.”He is the oldest son of former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, who separated in 2023. He has two younger siblings, Ella-Grace, 17, and Hadrien, 11.
