Shah Rukh Khan is earning praise online after a video from the sets of ‘King’ showed the actor being a thorough gentleman and helping his pregnant co-star Deepika Padukone walk up a flight of stairs during filming.The clip, which has gone viral on social media, captures Khan offering his hand to Padukone as the two make their way up steps between takes. The actor, dressed in a black shirt and pants was seen playing the protective co-star and looking back at Deepika, before offering her his hand. She welcomed the sweet gesture and took it as they made their way up the stairs together.

The moment has been widely shared by fans, who not only praised the gesture as ‘thoughtful’ and chivalrous, but also dubbed the two as ‘King and Queen’. Another fan commented, “WOKE UP TO SHAHPIKA CRUMBS GOSH LIFE IS GOOD AGAIN.”Still another said, “Seeing SRK & Deepika walk hand-in-hand in those King leaks, just took me back to all those butterflies from #OmShantiOm, #ChennaiExpress & #HappyNewYear. Deepika Padukone begins South African schedule

Padukone, who is currently pregnant with her second baby, arrived on the South African sets of the film early this week. The team will reportedly be filming a crucial climax scene. The actress was spotted on the sets on Thursday, commencing her shoot. Among the first photos and videos to surface online, was one that featured Khan holding the actress’ hand as they made their way to the sets.Both actors rocked shades of brown as they hit the sets for what is rumoured to be a song sequence. While the images from the sets have left many fans excited, several others feel that circulating them is not appropriate, as it could spoil the film.

Director Siddharth Anand took to his social media handle and shared a note requesting fans not to share the film’s leaked photos and videos. He penned a note that read, “REQUEST TO ALL THE FANS. Please do not post or circulate any leaked multimedia from the sets of KING. The team is working round the clock to ensure the best cinematic experience for everyone. Let us wait for the surprise on the big screen and for the assets to be revealed as the team of King originally intends to. Thank you for your love, support and cooperation. Shah Rukh Khan in & as KING.”The film marks another collaboration between Khan and Padukone, one of Bollywood’s most popular on-screen pairings. While plot details remain under wraps, ‘King’ is expected to be a high-octane action drama that will see SRK sharing screen-space with daughter Suhana Khan for the first time.

The film is slated for a release on December 24, 2026. The film will arrive just a week after the release of the Marvel superhero movie ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ and the sci-fi epic ‘Dune: Part Three’. Go to Source
