The newly registered sale deed, completed with the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration, reveals that the buyer, Umang Rajkumar Budhraja, paid a hefty stamp duty of Rs. 37.50 lakh, concluding a high-profile transaction that values the carpet area at an impressive rate of nearly Rs. 91,400 per square foot.

The sale deed was registered with the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration on July 1, 2026. Based on the registered consideration value, the deal equates to a rate of nearly Rs 91,400 per sq ft of the carpet area.
