Shilpa Shetty is known for her charm and candid personality. She married Raj Kundra in 2009 and has since built a loving family. The couple has two children, son Viaan Raj Kundra, born on May 21, 2012, and their daughter, Samisha Shetty Kundra, born via surrogacy on February 15, 2020. Recently, the ‘Baazigar’ actress left everyone laughing when she made a hilarious joke about her husband that caught director and choreographer Farah Khan completely off guard.Despite their public life, the couple keeps their family close-knit. The ‘Dhadkan’ actress’ playful side was on full display during a chat with director Farah Khan for her vlog, giving fans a glimpse of her humorous personality.

Shilpa jokes about her husband’s absence playfully

During the conversation, Farah asked, “Raj ji kidhar hain?” Shilpa replied, “Raj ji, mera na abhi actually filhaal affair chal raha hai ek sardaar ke saath.” Farah, shocked, exclaimed, “What?” Shilpa laughed and added, “Haan, Raj ji has left the building.” Farah looked at the camera in disbelief as Shilpa continued giggling, making the moment unforgettable.

Shilpa mentions Raj Kundra turning actor jokingly

Shilpa continued, “Raj bann gaye hain actor. Can you imagine? Never say never bolna nahi chahiye. I think it just happened. Unhi se pooch lo aap.” Farah remarked that while Shilpa’s “husband” was not at home, her “lover” seemed to be present. Shilpa quipped, “Yeah, he’s my lover.” Farah added, “Waah, yeh hoti hai life. Husband gaya, lover aaya. Shirish kabhi toh ja taaki main koi lover laun ghar main.”

Raj Kundra appears in a sardar look dramatically

Adding to the fun, Raj Kundra appeared in his sardar look from his film ‘Mehar’. His timely entry perfectly complemented Shilpa’s joke and made the whole moment even more entertaining.

Raj Kundra makes his Punjabi film debut

Raj Kundra made his second big-screen outing with the Punjabi film ‘Mehar’, marking his debut in Punjabi cinema. He plays Karamjeet Singh, a Sikh man, in the film directed by Rakesh Mehta.
