Ryan Reynolds has seemingly shut down ongoing speculation about a rift in his marriage with Blake Lively by posting a photo of her on social media.

In a farewell post to Ollie Palmer, Reynolds, took to his handle to pen a touching tribute to the football star who played for his team, Wrexham A.F.C. In the post, he added photos from their time together and included a photo featuring wife Blake, with Ollie’s daughter. Interestingly enough, he doesn’t mention his wife in his lengthy post that gives a nod to BFF Hugh Jackman and even his mom.

In his post, he wrote, “Gut punch… Ollie is a big reason we’re in this league today. Not to mention the boundless charisma and charm… he harnessed a lifetime of talent, heart and work-ethic to push @wrexham_afc and the town forward. Spending time with Ollie’s incredible family: his wife, Caitlin, amazing kids and his dad, Andy, are forever-memories. Ollie is my friend now and always. The silver lining is @officialstfc is an excellent club and they get to experience that same feeling @robmac and I felt as Ollie steps onto the pitch at The County Ground to push Swindon FC forward and up the pyramid. A video going viral online, claimed that the last post on Reynold’s handle, featuring Lively dated back to July 22, 2024. However, even that post was a collab post with her. While some speculated that the actor ‘deleted’ his wife’s pictures, others wondered if a ‘divorce’ was on the cards. The lawsuit and the negative press has fuelled rumours that the couple’s relationship is under strain. After fans noticed Reynolds had not publicly wished Lively on her birthday on August 25, it only seemed to fuel online chatter. However, this latest post could put some of the buzz to rest. The Hollywood couple, who tied the knot in 2012 and share four children, have long been admired for their playful chemistry both online and in public appearances.
