'The Raja Saab' box office collection Day 4: Prabhas-starrer CRASHES on its first Monday but outperforms 'Dhurandhar'

Despite a promising start of Rs 53.75 crore on its opening weekend, Prabhas’s ‘The Raja Saab’ encountered a steep decline, managing just THIS amount on its fourth day. The horror-comedy’s overall earnings have reached over Rs 110 crore, but this falls short of the blockbuster status anticipated, even with an impressive cast and a sequel in the works.

‘The Raja Saab’, starring Prabhas in the lead role, showcased high potential of becoming a blockbuster considering its first-day collection at the box office, which was Rs 53.75 crore. However, the movie opened to mixed reactions from the audience. The earnings started showing a downward trend from the second day itself, and now, the film has witnessed a massive drop on its Day 4. Fans of Prabhas had pinned their hopes on ‘The Raja Saab’ to become the blockbuster film. However, it seems the film is failing to pull the audience to the theaters. According to the Sacnilk report, the horror-comedy has pulled in Rs 5.4 crore at the box office on Day 4 (first Monday). Now, the total collection of the film in India stands at Rs 113.4 crore.

‘The Raja Saab’ Day 4 vs ‘Dhurandhar’ Day 39

On Day 39, since its release in theaters, the Aditya Dhar directorial ‘Dhurandhar’ has managed to rake in Rs 2.25 crore at the box office. The total collection of the film in India is now Rs 807.90 crore nett.

Directed by Maruthi, the movie is a horror comedy starring Prabhas in the lead. Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar are the female leads of the film. It also features Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Zarina Wahab, Yogi Babu, and Brahmanandam.The movie was released in theaters on January 9, 2026. The makers have announced its sequel as well.
