The Hindi version of the Gujarati film ‘Laalo – Krishna Sada Sahaayate’ has been released, and the love around the film is slowly growing. After positive responses started coming in, Padmashri awardee Manoj Joshi attended a special screening of ‘Laalo.’The makers shared a video from the event and wrote, “When experience and excellence light up the premiere of Padmashri Manoj Joshi at the screening of Laalo—Shri Krishna Sada Sahayte (Hindi) premiere.” Manoj Joshi’s presence added a lot of respect and warmth to the evening.

A day earlier, filmmaker Subhash Ghai also attended the ‘Laalo’ screening. The makers shared a picture from the event and wrote, “A special moment at the Laalo premiere.”’Laalo’ is a small film that slowly found its space, and moments like these made the journey feel worth it.
Hiten Kumar’s warm blessing touches hearts
The Hindi premiere became more emotional when superstar Hiten Kumar attended the screening. Known for his strong negative role in Vash, Hiten met the entire cast and crew. He hugged them and spoke to them with warmth. The makers shared a video and wrote, “मुंबई में ‘लालो’ हिंदी के प्रीमियर के दौरान सुपरस्टार हितेनकुमार ने फिल्म के कलाकारों को आशीर्वाद. (During the Hindi premiere of ‘Laalo’ in Mumbai, superstar Hiten Kumar blessed the film’s cast.)” In the video, Hiten Kumar is seen smiling, talking, and wishing everyone well. It felt like a blessing before the film’s new journey in Hindi.
Karan Joshi on living his role
Actor Karan Joshi, who portrayed the role of Laalo, also spoke about his role as an auto rickshaw driver in the film. He shared how deeply he connected with the character.Talking to Bollywood Hungama about his preparation, he said, “I went to Junagadh a week before the shoot. I used to ride an auto rickshaw there. I was given the freedom to choose the clothes and accessories for my character. Ankit asked me to buy whatever I feel is right for the character. He is such an understanding director.” He also added, “More than professional, this film is personal.” For Karan, Laalo was not just acting. It was about truly living the role.
