Kartik Aaryan buys new property; purchases office worth Rs 13 crore in Andheri West with parents - Report

Kartik Aaryan, known for films like ‘Luka Chuppi’, ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’, and ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama,’ has made a big move in Mumbai’s real estate market. According to the reports, he, along with his parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, has bought an office space in Andheri West for Rs 13 crore.

About Kartik Aaryan’s new investment

According to property registration documents reviewed by online real estate marketplace Square Yards, the office is in the ‘Signature by Lotus’ building. The property has a RERA carpet area of 176.98 sq. m. (around 1,905 sq. ft.) and a built-up area of 194.67 sq. m. (around 2,095 sq. ft.). The deal also comes with three car parking spaces.The transaction was registered in September 2025, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 78 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Kartik Aaryan’s recent land purchase in Alibaug

Reportedly, earlier this month, Aaryan also made his first land purchase. He bought a 2,000 sq. ft. plot at ‘Chateau de Alibaug,’ a coastal project by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), for Rs 2 crore.

Kartik Aaryan on the work front

Aaryan was last seen in the 2024 horror-comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’. His next film is with Anurag Basu and will also star Sreeleela. He also has ‘Tu Meri Main Tera’ and ‘Main Tera Tu Meri’ alongside Ananya Panday.

Reports suggest a return to comedy with Luv Ranjan

A recent Pinkvilla report says Kartik will return to comedy with a new project directed by Luv Ranjan, the filmmaker behind ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’.
