Since the evening, many fans had posted their disappointing reviews on social media for the severe obstruction of view from the premium floor seats when Styles walked on the stage. Due to the misproportion of the stage, concertgoers could hardly see the singer’s performance. Many complained about the imbalanced height, lighting, and technical setup.

We want every person in the room to have the best experience possible, and we are actively working on making adjustments to improve visibility, while keeping everyone’s safety a priority,” the statement said, before adding, “Beginning Friday, the front bridges will be altered in Amsterdam and London.
