Golden Star Ganesh starrer ‘Pinaka’ locks release date in October

Following 'Brindavihari,' Golden Star Ganesh's 'Pinaka' locks release date in October

After the success of ‘Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi,’ Golden Star Ganesh has kept himself away from the big screen, and fans are anxiously waiting for his next venture. While the actor has been busy signing multiple projects behind the scenes, there has been little clarity on when audiences will see him back in theatres. That wait has finally ended, as the makers of ‘Pinaka’ have now unveiled a major update on one of his most anticipated films, adding more excitement to the actor’s birthday celebrations.

‘Pinaka’ set for October 2 release

The makers of ‘Pinaka’ officially announced that the film will hit theatres worldwide on October 2, unveiling a brand-new poster on the occasion of Ganesh’s birthday. Along with extending birthday wishes to the actor, the team confirmed the release date through the striking new poster, which has already caught fans’ attention online. An interesting part of the poster is Ganesh holding an object in his hand and studying it under a magnifying glass, suggesting the film may be based on a mystery or suspense plot. Though there has been no plot confirmation so far, the poster has managed to catch everyone’s attention.

A never-seen-before role for Ganesh

According to the film’s team, ‘Pinaka’ will showcase Ganesh in a role unlike anything he has played before. The character was specially created by director Dhananjay, who is making his directorial debut after becoming popular as a choreographer in the Kannada film industry. The creators say that the film will show another side of the actor and provide the audience with a completely new cinematic experience. Ganesh’s fans are already anticipating something different as they look forward to seeing him in a different genre with the interesting first look and the promise of a different character.

Ganesh prepares for 2 releases in October

Interestingly, Ganesh’s October release will not be limited to ‘Pinaka’. His other film, ‘Brindavihari,’ is also set to hit theatres on October 16, a couple of weeks after ‘Pinaka’. Directed by Srinivas Raju, who earlier worked with Ganesh for Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi, Brindavihari is expected to feature a completely different story and genre. Ganesh is going to have a big month in October with two releases lined up back-to-back. Fans are hoping that both films will highlight the actor’s versatility and be a good comeback to the big screen after a long break. Go to Source
