Elissa Finley faces a health scare while filming ‘Love Is Blind’

Elissa Finley recently had a major health scare and worried her fans as the February 11 episode aired on the hit OTT platform. During one of the segments, the star was seen running into the women’s lounge, holding her face and screaming, “Oh my god! What do I do? F***.” A producer is then seen pulling her aside and telling her that they are sending her out to the hospital to get checked.It was later revealed in the show that Finley had mistaken a bottle of nail art glue for her eye drops and had put the material in her eyes. This had prompted her to have a major health scare that almost led to her becoming blind. She further detailed the incident and shared, “I go in, and there’s a little bottle there, and I wanted to put eye drops in my eye. It was nail glue. I was scared. I thought I was gonna lose sight. Nail glue, what?!”She further shared that she was rushed to the emergency room at a nearby hospital and was given an IV tube. She further added that getting her eye flushed out was a scary and painful experience that she still cannot believe she went through. “It still hurts a little bit,” she further quipped.

‘Love Is Blind’ is a hit reality TV show that follows men and women who date in ‘pods’ and speak to each other through a speaker. The concept of the show is based on not seeing what the other person looks like until the very end. The two only meet after they are engaged. This is followed by them going on a vacation together and living in the same house to see whether they are compatible to marry one another at the altar or not.The show is available for streaming on Netflix.
