Did ‘Off Campus’ drop hints of second-season leads? Excited netizens comment: 'internally screaming'

Spoiler Alert: This article contains spoilers and key details from the series ‘Off Campus‘. Reader discretion is advised if you haven’t watched it yet.The internet is ‘Crushing’ over the entire Briar U universe, so fans might as well have their own playlists like Hannah Wells. The ‘Off Campus’ deal was released less than a week ago, but demands for the second season have kept the fans tantalized. However, as the buzz around the series continues to keep viewers on the edge of their seats, some believe the latest post on the official Instagram account is a hint for the next leads.

Who will be the new leads in ‘Off Campus Season 2’?

The first season, based on the book ‘The Deal,’ was focused on fake-dating turning into real romance between Hannah Wells (played by Ella Bright) and Garrett Graham (played by Belmont Cameli). Typically, the next season should be around John Logan and Grace Ivers, if the series adapts the sequence of the books. However, the sixth episode revolved around the lives of Allie Hayes and Dean Di Laurentis, becoming a chapter out of the syllabus as it was part of the storyline of the third book. The ending scene of the final episode had everybody guessing who would be the starring leads in the second season. The fight sequence between Dean and Hunter Davenport, with a fake name Carter St. James, has kept fans discussing the chronology of events.

Off Campus’ makers hint at a new lead

In an interesting turn of events, the official Instagram handle of ‘Off Campus’ posted a popular quote from John Logan, making the comment section go into a frenzy. The character posed with the hockey stick in his jersey, writing the line in the locker room, “You’re it for me, baby – JL.” Similarly, on April 30, 2026, the account introduced the actress as their latest addition, India Fowler, who would be donning the role of Grace Ivers. The comment section burst out with happiness on the latest post about John Logan. One comment said, “GRACE IVERS YOUR HUSBAND IS COMING!!!!!!” Another user prompted, “IS JOHN LOGAN NEXT SEASON?! Because I’m so ready”. A third user expressed, “FOR ME, THIS WAS A CONFIRMATION”. A fourth comment said, “*internally screaming*”.
