Deepak Tijori made it clear that he continues to maintain a close relationship with Rahul Roy. He dismissed concerns suggesting that the actor was facing issues related to his health and well-being. The actor also explained that Rahul remains an important part of his life and friendship circle. He further stated that the reports surrounding him should not be taken at face value. “I am in touch with Roy regularly. Roy is still my brother, my friend. He is absolutely safe, absolutely fine,” Deepak said, referring to Rahul by his surname, ‘Roy’.

The actor also pointed out that he had personally faced similar situations in the past. According to him, dealing with inaccurate reports has become an unavoidable part of the profession. “People make news for no reason. And there are no such things that have been written about him. By the way, many things have been written about me that are not true. So this is part and parcel. This is a problem of our trade. We can’t do anything about it,” he added.
