Singer and rapper Badshah is on fire across North America with his ‘Unfinished USA Tour’, turning every stage into a party full of music, dance, and unexpected laughs. At his recent New Jersey show, he proved it again, dropping a witty political joke mid-song that had the audience roaring.
Badshah changes lyrics to mock Donald Trump
While performing the fan-favourite track ‘Tareefan’ from the Bollywood film ‘Veere Di Wedding’, Badshah spontaneously changed one of the song’s iconic lines. Originally singing “Kinniya Tareefan Chahidi Ae Tenu” (How many compliments do you want), he cleverly switched it to, “Kinni Tariff Chahidiye Trump Ko” (How much tariff does Trump want). The crowd erupted with laughter and applause, enjoying the rapper’s witty nod to the US President Donald Trump and ongoing tariff debates. Fans appreciated the mix of music and topical commentary.
Salman Khan indirectly criticised Trump’s wishes
Just days ago, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan also made an indirect dig at Donald Trump. During the Bigg Boss 19 house discussions, Khan compared the constant fights among contestants to global events. Farrhana Bhatt and Neelam Giri had been clashing repeatedly, and Farrhana called herself a “peace activist.” Khan did not hold back, asking. “Ye kya ho raha hai poori duniya me. Jo sabsey zyada trouble fyaila rahey hain, unhi ko peace prize chahiye.”This comment was widely seen as a veiled reference to Trump, who has often expressed his wish to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
Badshah enjoys success with his new album
Coming back to Badshah, apart from his concert, he is also celebrating the success of his recent album ‘Ek Tha Raja’, which features hit singles like ‘God Damn’, ‘Jawaab’, and ‘Khushnuma’. Fans have also been impressed by his physical transformation, as he revealed losing 20 kg through disciplined diet and exercise, clarifying that he did not use weight-loss drugs like Ozempic.
